The first priority of SAHERO is the protection and promotion of women’s rights through 34 provinces of Afghanistan.It does so by working with individual women and men, as well as by networking with civil society groups and government agencies to sensitize and raise awareness about the citizen and human rights of women and men, to ensure that women and men have equal access to their human, and citizen rights, and to demand that laws protecting women against violence are upheld.
